Privacy policy

CelesBox is made by CelesStars. This policy covers the online version at celesbox.com and the copies people run themselves.

1. What you open in a tool

Every tool runs in your browser. The text, files, queries and keys you open in CelesBox are not sent to us or to anyone else. There is no account and no sign-in. The pages' security policy blocks requests to other servers, so a tool or library cannot send your data away by mistake.

2. What stays in your browser

Your settings, favourites, and some tools' preferences and drafts are kept in your browser's own storage on your device. They are never sent to us. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.

3. Page counts on celesbox.com

The online version counts page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service. It records which page was opened (so which tool), the referring site, the country, the browser and operating system, and how fast the page loaded, and shows them to us only as totals. It never sees anything you type, paste or open in a tool. It sets no cookies and does not use your browser's storage to identify you.

4. Security reports

When your browser blocks something because of this site's security policy, it may send a short report to celesbox.com. Each report is logged with only the page path, the rule that blocked it, the blocked address's origin and, for an inline script, its first 40 characters. No IP address, query string or anything about you is logged.

5. Hosting

Cloudflare serves celesbox.com and processes the requests needed to deliver it. This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party fonts.

6. Self-hosted copies

The offline package, the container image and every other self-hosted copy contain no analytics and send nothing to us. Their pages refuse every request to another server.

7. Your requests

We hold no personal data from using CelesBox. For any question about this policy, contact us. We answer within 30 days, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). If you write to us, the CelesStars privacy policy covers that message.
